Story

The Lord gave me this song in June of 2000. It was amazing in how I received it, like it was literally a download from Heaven.  I have carried this song for over 10 years, awaiting the Lord's timing to release it. The urgency has come to the forefront of this song and the days we are living in. I believe the Lord is waiting for His Church, His Body to Arise in all of the fullness he gave her, in Power and Authority, without spot, wrinkle or blemish.  I pray the Body of Christ hears His Voice and responds to His Call, for this is the Hour, this song is now!

Verse 1:

I see my people hurting
It grieves my heart to say.
They say they really know me
They’re walking their own way.
Enslaved by their love for this world.
I’m calling them out by My Word.
Verse 2:
I’m seeking my own who have the heart.
To worship me alone, be set apart.
For those who will walk that line with me,
I’ll raise up this hour to lead.
Chorus:
Arise my Bride - You are sleeping from within.
Come alive.  Dry bones I cover you with skin.
Clothed with strength and power
I’ve called you to walk in.
Arise, My Church, Arise.
Verse 3:
My Glory I have called for you to be.
My Light in this dark place for them to see.
For those who will learn of My Spirit
They are no longer asleep.
Bridge:
They shall rise up from their ashes.
They shall run and not grow faint.
For My Resurrection Power
Shall raise them by My Name.
Chorus:
Arise, my Bride – You’ve been sleeping from within.
Come alive.  Dry bones I cover you with skin.
Clothed with strength and power
I’ve called you to walk in.
Arise, My Church, Arise.
Arise, My Church, Arise, My Bride, Arise My Love,
Arise, Arise, Arise, (Arise, Arise, Arise)
